Job description

  • Discuss with the Master about galley and cleaning activities, and the
  • preparation of the meals.
  • Maintain an efficient way of preparation of the meals, and guarantee the
  • quality of the meals.
  • Maintain an efficient maintenance of the galley and the provision store(s).
  • Maintain an efficient provision stock of the provision in cooperation with the
  • Master.
  • Maintain the provision administration.
  • Maintain the safety and environmental regulations on board
