Job description
- DP operations, navigation and marine operations during the shift on instructions of chief mate/master;
- Supervising and execution of loading, discharging and ballasting operations;
- Operation of all navigation equipment;
- Communications with contruction team and follow up instructions from superintendent during operations;
- Maintain administration as assigned by master;
- Mooring/un-mooring of the vessel;
- Maintenance of deck, livesafing and safety equipment;
- Execution of all aspects of the QHSE and SMS system;
- Supervises junior officers, deck ratings.
Job requirements
- Certificate of Competency as Officer Navigation Watch
- Full DP license and experience (unlimited)
- All applicable STCW certificates like: Medical First Aid, Safety certificates
- Offshore Medical certificate
- BOSIET
Our offer
USA or international contract (depending on flag vessel and working area) based on Company or international CBA
Contract variating from 4 weeks to 4 months
