1) Engineers
- Plan, lead and supervise production team to ensure on-time
delivery
- Manage and deploy manpower
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties including
vendors, owners and surveyors pertaining to project requirement
- Enforce safety
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical/ Civil
Engineering
- Possess good leadership, planning, organising and interpersonal
skills
2)Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officers
- Administer yard’s HSE programme and assist in promotional
activities
- Conduct safety instruction course to new employees,
contractors and owners
- Inspect yard to identify sub-standard practices/acts, equipment
and potential hazards, and investigate incidents
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Good communication and supervisory skills
3) Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinators
- Conduct compliance checks/inspections on projects
- Perform simple first-aid, fire-fighting and rescue operations
- Conduct gas checking of tanks prior to entry or hot-work
- Liaise with Production Supervisor for on-job coordination and
relevant authorities on occupational health and safety matters
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Positive work attitude, team player and multi-tasking
4) Apprenticeship Scheme
We invite young aspiring candidates to join our Apprenticeship
Scheme in
Steel Fabrication, Welding, Pipe Fabrication, Marine Mechanics and
Electrical Technology
Successful candidates will undergo a Company-sponsored 2-year
training program and thereafter be required to serve a 2-year
bond.
You will be trained to attain shipyard craftsmanship via on-the-job
and off-the-job training, including examinations leading to NITEC
certification. Employees with good performance and potential will
be further developed to become technicians or supervisors.
Requirements:
- Between 16 and 25 years old
- Minimum 5 SPM credits
- Keen to learn and prepared to work in a shipyard environment
