Qualifications:

* Male/Female.
* 24 to 45 years old.
* Culinary Degree/equivalent apprenticeship or training.
* Six years work experience in a 5 star hotel, resort or cruise
* Three years work experience as Sous Chef in a 5 star establishment preferably in a multi national setting.
* Knowledge of the latest culinary quality standard and trends.
* Leadership skills and able to work with a multi national kitchen team.
* Willing to work in stressful environment and be on his feet for long hours.
